Students of Prejean’s Cajun Cooking School learn to prepare three traditional Cajun dishes. Crawfish Etouffee, Seafood Gumbo and Acadian-style Bread Pudding are class favorites. In addition to the instructions, students receive the written recipes, a certificate of completion and of course, a delicious meal of the dishes they were taught to prepare.
