If traveling north on I-49, take Exit #2 (Gloria Switch Road.) Ramp exits to the right. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Gloria Switch Road then IMMEDIATELY turn left at the stop light. Continue north one mile. Prejean’s is on the right.
If traveling on I-10, take Exit 103B/Opelousas. Continue north two miles to Exit #2 (Gloria Switch Road.) Ramp exits to the right. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Gloria Switch Road then IMMEDIATELY turn left at the stop light. Continue north one mile. Prejean’s is on the right.

If traveling south on I-49, take exit #4 (The Carencro Exit/Hector Connolly Road.) Ramp exits to the right. At the stop sign, turn left onto Hector Connolly and drive underneath I-49. Turn right onto the service/frontage road. Prejean's is one half mile down on the left.
